Why I Recommend the 100 Days to Greatness Program
What do I think of the 100 Days to Greatness program? To answer that question, let’s first talk about what the program is. As the title indicates, it’s a 100-day program that teaches you how to create a referral-based business. That’s what Brian Buffini is all about—he’s never too busy for your referrals.
Who is this program good for? In my opinion, it’s great for anyone who’s new to the business but doesn’t know where to start or anyone who’s been in the business a while but hasn’t cracked the code on creating referrals from their sphere or past clients. Buffini essentially teaches his method of creating a system for generating referrals, and if you know me at all, you know I love systems. Truthfully, this system is crazy-easy to follow. It’s broken down into one module a week. Each module includes an assignment and video component. You also gather with your class once a week for one hour. The time commitment isn’t really that serious, but the impact can be huge.
We just graduated our first class this past April, and the goal of the program is to get one closing and two pending deals. Most of the people who went through the program achieved this, and their feedback was great. They thought the program was easy to follow and that having a group to complete it with was very useful. It was not only impactful, but it also created a way for them to view the business so they understood exactly what they needed to do to create referrals.
The bottom line is, I highly recommend this program. It’s a great way to frame how to get referrals out of a database. We talk about this a lot as real estate agents, but how do you actually do it? This program gets into the nuts and bolts of the whole process.

What were my favorite parts? A few things stood out to me. The first is the 365 system, which includes the three pillars of contact, care, and community. That’s the crux of getting referrals from your database. The bonus sections on time management and financial management (two areas a lot of agents need help with) were also highlights of the program. It’s a robust program that teaches both buyers and sellers, but those were the parts that stood out to me as useful and unique.
If you’re interested in learning this program, we’re hosting another session on July 6. I’d be happy to send you more information about the program (including the course syllabus) and answer any questions you have. It doesn’t matter which brokerage you come from; our last class had outside agents and it went really well. You can take the class with me as a facilitator or take it as a self-study without the rest of the group. I find that having a sounding board of people who go through the program with you adds a ton of value, so I recommend joining a group class.
If you’d like the registration link or have any questions, don’t hesitate to reply to the email that led you here or reach out to me on social media. I’d love to hear from you. Here’s to getting tons of referrals.
